The DAN Department of Management & Organizational Studies invites applications from early or mid-career researchers for a faculty appointment in Human Resource Management (HRM). Applications are invited from exceptional candidates at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor in HRM. The successful candidate will have demonstrated academic excellence based on productivity and impact in research in the area of Human Resource Management and may receive a tenured appointment at the rank of Associate Professor, or a probationary (tenure track) position at the rank of Assistant Professor. Rank and salary will be commensurate with previous performance, qualifications and experience in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
The appointment is effective July 1, 2021.
